My name is Dr. Randy. I studied and graduated with a doctorate degree in Higher Education from the University of Liverpool. I know first-hand the challenges that come with taking care of a large family (five kids, five grandkids, dogs and cats), managing a stressful job (International School Head of School), and maintaining a healthy relationship with your spouse or partner in life, (my wife and I have been married for over three decades) all while studying and writing a doctoral thesis.
